I’m so very honored to be included as a storyteller at KPCC’s “Unheard LA” live show on Saturday. Yes, I’m nervous to put myself out there again but there’s nothing like the growth that comes from facing your fears head-on. After struggling to regain my speech for over two years, I’m finally learning that if I let go of perfection and accept “my new normal” anything is possible. ☀
